This is the fifth time that Yamaha has obtained a defense verdict in a defective design Yamaha Rhino lawsuit.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Yamaha touts this as a vindication of its design. Give them credit, they are winning the early battles in these Yamaha lawsuits. But let's not kid outselves into thinking that these juries have all indicated that Yamaha did not screw up the design. Clearly, juries are troubled by the conduct of the drivers that lead to the accident in the first place. So jury verdicts may not be a litmus test solely on whether the Yamaha Rhino had a defective design. Moto2′s young and talented no 48 succumbed to his injuries sustained during a crash at Misano Moto2 round. Looking at his crash it was indeed terrifyingly similar to that of  Super Sport rider Craig Jones’. The also young and talented WSS rider who killed during his crash at Brands Hatch WSS race in 2008. Both rider fell from their bike and subsequently was hit by another rider. With a close wheel to wheel race they had there was no way the other rider can avoid the fallen rider and its bike. deAngelis was fortunate that he walk away from Tomizawa’s crash, Redding was also fortunate enough to escape serious injuries.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;With strict safety regulation for the track many rider fallen off the bike walk away unhurt. Most even run to their tumbled bike and continue the race. After Daijiro Katoh fatal crash in Japan GP where Katoh hit the wall during GP500 race all GP circuit have all of its obstacles cleared. Big and wide gravel trap and runaways are provided in case rider lost control of their bike. Racing suit, helmet, glove, back protector, etc also have improved to protect the rider when they fell off the bike. Yet all those protection means very little when a fallen rider get hit by another rider with bike capable of doing 200+ kph speed. That also the case of Peter Lenz, a very-very young boy and a rising star of US motor racing (13 yr old), who killed in Indianapolis Speedway. Peter was racing for the supporting race at US MotoGP Indy just a week ago when he fell and hit by another rider during warm up.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Both &lt;b&gt;Shoya &lt;/b&gt;and Peter loves motorcycle and certainly both love racing. Ho cercato subito di recuperare posizioni forzando il passo sino dopo il via ma ho rischiato troppo ed alla variante della Roggia, per non urtare un avversario, ho dovuto fare un lungo che mi ha ricacciato indietro. Ho rimontato ancora ma senza riuscire ad entrare in zona punti. Sono stati fantastici perche’ mi hanno messo a disposizione una moto davvero velocissima. Non mi aspettavo un risultato del genere anche perche’ abbiamo deciso di correre con gomme di mescola morbida con l’obiettivo di prendere un piccolo vantaggio nei confronti del resto del gruppo e gestirlo sino alla fine. Invece sono stato insieme ai primi per tutta la gara ed ho conquistato il podio. Purtroppo era davvero impossibile tenere il passo di Byrne, ma per me e’ stato comunque un risultato estremamente positivo ed importante”.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;RICCARDO CHIARELLO (Penta Race) -“ …dopo una gara tutta di traverso, debbo dire che mi sono divertito e il feeling con la gomma posteriore cresceva di giro in giro…peccato per l’interruzione perche’ mi stavo preparando alla volata finale e qui a Monza e’ meglio essere in scia che guidare la fila…purtroppo e’ andata cosi…sono comunque molto contento perche’ ad un certo punto dalla seconda posizione avrei potuto attaccare il leader della corsa ma trattandosi di una “wid card” avrei corso dei rischi inutili e ho desistito in attesa del giro finale…voglio qui ringraziare il “capo” perche’ con il missile che mi aveva preparato e’ stato divertente superare delle moto ufficiali in rettilineo e voglio anche ringraziare la DUNLOP per l’assidua assistenza che mi ha prestato per tutto il weekend per selezionare la giusta combinazione delle gomme per la gara…”&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;CHRIS SEATON (Real Racing Team) - “Considerando i problemi che abbiamo avuto in prova, il mio settimo posto finale mi soddisfa abbastanza. Nel warm up del mattino abbiamo apportato alla mia Yamaha alcune modifiche che in gara si sono rivelate azzeccate. Ho potuto fare una gara tutta all’attacco ed i miei tempi sul giro sono stati migliori rispetto a quelli che avevo stabilito nelle prove. Questo significa che siamo sulla strada giusta e devo quindi ringraziare il mio team ha lavorato moltissimo per sistemare al meglio la mia moto. Stiamo pensando di effettuare qualche test privato prima della prossima prova di Valleunga per arrivare preparati alla prossima gara del campionato Italiano”.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;TOMMASO LORENZETTI (Real Racing Team) - “In prova abbiamo avuto molti problemi, soprattutto dovuti all’inesperienza in quanto era la prima volta che scendevamo in pista a Monza, una pista difficile da interpretare. Nonostante il grande lavoro dei miei tecnici, in gara la mia Yamaha non era perfettamente a punto e quindi con il mio ottavo posto posso affermare di aver limitato i danni. E’ stata una gara difficile corsa sempre in bagarre e solo negli ultimi giri sono riuscito a trovare un buon ritmo tanto che mi stavo avvicinando al gruppo di piloti che mi precedevano, ma che non ho avuto il tempo di raggiungere. Sono dispiaciuto ma non certo demotivato, in quanto a Misano abbiamo dimostrato di poter stare con i primi e quindi archiviamo questa giornata e pensiamo alla prossima prova di Vallelunga”.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;REMO CASTELLARIN (Real Racing Team) - “Sono partito molto bene ed alla prima curva ero in ottava posizione. Purtroppo nel caos della terribile prima variante sono stato urtato da alcuni piloti ed ho perso molte posizioni. Stavo rimontando quando ho commesso un errore, sono uscito di pista e sono rientrato in ventiduesima posizione. Ho fatto appena in tempo ad effettuare alcuni sorpassi, ma era ormai troppo tardi e la gara e’ terminata. Il mio diciottesimo posto non mi soddisfa di certo, ma sono contento perche’ i miei tempi sul giro erano molto vicini a quelli dei primi e questo mi fa ben sperare per le prossime gare. which opens up on March 3. As with all tuning proposals from the German firm, the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;BMW CLR X 650 GT's&lt;/span&gt; styling is a case of love it or loathe it. The aerodynamic pack adorns the X6 with several components including a new front bumper with a carbon fiber lip spoiler, wider fenders, side skirts, new rear bumper and a carbon fiber boot wing.The front spoiler is custom-fitted and is integrated to the daytime running lights. The front and rear fenders are enlarged, suspension is lowered, and the roof is finished in matte black.
